    How much does it cost to call you?

    Do you have a paper catalogue?

    Yes, but only for professional customers.  If you would like a copy please call AllBatteries Professional on 0121 506 8600.

    Are your photos representative of your products?

    In the majority of cases, yes.  If you receive a product which significantly differs from its image on the site, please let us know and we will do what we can to rectify the situation.

    Do you have any shops or can I collect my order from you?

    No, as an online mail order business we are unable to offer a collections service.

    How do I place an order with

    Private individuals can place their order on our website. Add the item you would like to order to your basket and follow the process through. For security reasons, we cannot take orders over the phone.

    Can I open a credit account?

    Yes! Business customers with recurring battery requirements can open an account.  Call our sales team on 0121 5068600 for more information.

    Where do you deliver to?

    Orders placed through must be delivered to UK addresses.  We also deliver to Spain, Germany and France.  Click on the country name for details.

    Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, the Islands and Highlands or Scotland, the Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands?

    Yes we do.  An extra delivery cost applies for orders to Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly. For Jersey and Guernsey, a supplementary cost of £42 applies and for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly, a supplementary cost of £11 applies. Please note that delivery may take a little longer and no partial delivery option is available for addresses in Jersery and Guernsey.

    Do you have any promotional codes?

    From time to time we run offers with discount codes to save money on batteries. The best way of finding out about these is by signing up to our newsletter by entering your email address into the box on the left.

    Where is my order shipped from?

    All of our orders are shipped from our cental warehouse which is located in France. We do not hold stock in our UK warehouse. Please allow 7 - 10 working days for the delivery of your order from date of dispatch.



    What does is mean when an item is marked "Lead time request"?

    This means that the product is either out of stock or that it is made to order.  Click on the "Lead time request" link to email us for more information or telephone us on 0121 506 8619.



    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payment by credit card, debit card and Paypal.

    Credit and debit card payments are securely processed by our partner Payline.  Paypal payments are dealt with by Paypal.  At no point does AllBatteries come into contact with your sensitive financial information.

    When is payment taken?

    Payment is taken when you place your order, as we cannot hold on to your card details.


    Cancelling an order

    Can I cancel my order?

    • If you would like to cancel an order which has not yet been dispatched, call us on 0121 506 8619 to arrange this.
    • If you have received your order and you would like to cancel it, please call us to let us know that you wish to return your order then return the parcel to the address on the bottom of you invoice/delivery note with a covering note explaining the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or a replacement.



    How are parcels dispatched?

    Standard delivery is carried out by Parcel Force and takes 5-7 working days from date of dispatch.  We aim to dispatch orders which are placed by 12 noon on the same day. 

    An extra delivery cost applies for orders to Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly. For Jersey and Guernsey, a supplementary cost of £42 applies and for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly, a supplementary cost of £11 applies. 

    We do not offer an express delivery service.

    What if I am not there to sign for my parcel?

    All parcels need to be signed for.  If no one is present to sign for the order the courier will try again on the following working day.  If, after two attempts, no one is available to accept delivery the courier will leave a card with details of how to proceed.

    What if I need to collect my parcel?

    Please have your redelivery card, proof of identity and proof of your address ready when you collect your package. You will find your nearest depot at For an additional fee of £1.00 you can also arrange for your package to be made available for collection at your local post office.     What should I do if my parcel is damaged in transport?

    If your parcel is obviously visibly damaged, refuse to sign for the parcel from the courier.  Call us on 0121 5068619 to advise us of the problem and we will make alternative arrangements.

    Do you deliver to BFPOs?

    We are not currently able to deliver to BFPOs. Any such orders will be returned by the courier as they are unable to deliver. 


    Do you process refunds or will I receive store credit?

    If you require a refund we will refund the total value of your order with the same method of payment you used initially when we receive your items back in stock. Please note refunds can take from 7 to 10 days.



    How long are products guaranteed for?

    Product guarantees are specified on the Additional Information sections of each product page.  It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return postage - we do not offer free returns.  Products subject to a manufacturer's guarantee rather than a distributors guarantee (such as lighting products) will be sent back to the manufacturer to process.  This can take up to 10 days (excluding postage).
