Delivery service

Parcels below 30kg in weight will be delivered by Fedex, parcels above this weight will be shipped with Norbert Dentressangle.

You should expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days if your order is placed before 2pm. Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland may take up to 7 days as our couriers are unable to transport batteries by air. In the event that no one is present  to receive the delivery, the courier will leave you a non-delivery notice and attempt to redeliver on the following working day.  If you are not available to receive delivery on either of these occasions you may rearrange delivery by following the instructions on the non-delivery notice and liaising directly with the courier.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £9.90, with a £3.99 delivery charge on all orders below £9.90.

We also offer Express Delivery within 2 working days for an additional charge of £26.00.  This options is available for orders totalling under 6kg in weight and is available on all items excluding those with SKU codes beginning with BPA88, BPA90 and AMP83.  Same day dispatch of express delivery orders is only guaranteed for orders placed before 12 noon.
