All of our products come with a manufacturers guarantee and are quality controlled in our logistics centre. If however you are not entirely satisfied with our products, Allbatteries will make every effort to exchange your purchase in a timely and efficient manner (please refer to our full sales terms and conditions).

Returns

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please email quality@vdi-group.com within 15 working days of receiving your order stating the problem and we will contact you to arrange the return.

Unless the goods are faulty they must be returned unopened in their original packaging.

Allbatteries.co.uk continually monitor on-line prices to ensure that we are competitive within the market. If however you find the exact same product cheaper elsewhere, we will refund you the difference. 

If you do find an identical item on a UK based website please contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will process a refund for the difference.
