Quality control checks are performed regularly with our Arbin test equipment to confirm performance and reliability of the components we use prior to assembly. Spot weld connections are used throughout the internal construction of the battery packs to minimise internal resistance and enable optimum performance of the batteries assembled.
Packaging of the battery packs adheres to clearly defined procedures to maintain performance and durability of the finished assemblies.
